there is a will, there is a way !

Hi guys...
Today, i just would like to share you about an interesting thing. Do you know what? It's about the way to be a success person in life. Maybe it's very common topic that we often hear. But, I think it still very interesting to talk.

Sometimes, people feel it's very hard to be a success person in the world. I totally disagree with this opinion, because to be a success person is not really hard if we have a strong will in our mind. Just like a common sentence, "if there is a will, there is a way". It means that if we have the determination to do something, we can always find the path or method to do it. See?! It's very simple, right?! To become a success person, we just need to believe that we can find any solution in some problems that we face! Don't force our mind to find the answer or solution that we are looking for, just let it flow as a water! Do everything that you want to do. never give up! Don't afraid with any problems that you face in your life. Consider that it's just a little part that you should pass. Then, believe that you will find the answer and solution for any problems when you try to pass it.

So, always remember this sentence: "where there's a will, there's a way" ! ^^

Warning !

Study Finds Small Increase in Brain Cancer with Excessive Mobile Phone Use

The largest study to date on the potential health effects of mobile phone use concludes that the devices do not increase the risk of brain cancer among average cell phone users. But it finds a slightly greater risk of cancer among heavy users.

Panel member Daniel Kewski, of the Center for Population Health Risk Assessment at the University of Ottawa in Canada, says the group was unable to prove that heavy mobile phone use increased the risk of cancer because the findings were based on the sketchy memories of some participants.

Otis Brawley, chief medical and scientific officer of the American Cancer Society, says there is little evidence that even heavy cell phone use causes a significant increase in brain cancer. And if it did, says Brawley, the problem would be dwarfed by other more serious public health concerns.

From the information above, we can see that mobile phone is one of the things that can be a bad influence for us. Because if we use mobile phone too long, it will be a risk of cancer. Now, we know that it will not good if we use mobile phone too long. So, now let's we change our bad habit. What i will suggest here is don't use mobile phone too long, just use it for our need.

Saving the World, One Patch at a Time

Climate quilt gives children a voice in fighting for the environment

The world's children are joining the fight against climate change. And they're doing it one fabric swatch at a time through an international initiative called the Climate Quilt Campaign, which encourages young people everywhere to help protect the environment.

Using recycled materials, children in the United States, Australia, China, New Zealand, Britain, the Philippines, South Africa and many other countries, designed "pledge patches," depicting how they promised to work on environmental stewardship. Last month, thousands of patches arrived in a small town in Pennsylvania where volunteers gathered to sew them together into a huge quilt.

There are so many ways that we can do in giving our contribution to fight climate change. Come on guys, keep your spirit guys to save our world ! :D

Getting New Knowledge!

Hallo friends,
I have a good article for us. Let's we see! :D

Rice Could Help Prevent Heart Attacks

People worried about heart attacks get a lot of advice about what to eat: less fat; more fruits; more vegetables. New research suggests the most important thing they can do may be to simply eat more rice.

It's hard to imagine needing justification to eat rice — for much of the world, it's the major component of every meal. But Japanese researcher Satoru Eguchi says in Japan, rice has been losing popularity to other more Westernized staples.

Studies have shown the heart-healthy value of fish, but there is no equivalent research into the benefits of rice. It's known that rice has a lot of fiber and some vitamins, and Eguchi and his colleagues at Temple University in Philadelphia were convinced there was even more to it.

What they discovered is that there's a component in rice that can actually prevent heart attacks.

It works by inhibiting a hormone called angiotensin II. The hormone can cause blood vessels to narrow and excess sodium to accumulate in the blood. These are factors that lead to cardiovascular diseases like high blood pressure and hardening of arteries.
There are a number of medications available that block angiotensin. Eguchi says his research shows you may be able to get the same benefits from eating rice.
